Estate Administration

Attorney Wenger has concentrated in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Wills, Trusts, Powers-of-Attorney, Guardianship, Elder Law, Real Estate, Business, and Special Needs Individuals and Special Needs Trusts.
George ("Ed") Wenger, Jr., Esquire, a partner in the law firm of Hoskinson Wenger & Rife, is a native of Chambersburg, PA, graduating from Chambersburg Area Senior High School in 1966 and earning a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1970. Attorney Wenger graduated from Dickinson School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1974. He has been a member of the Franklin County Bar Association since 1974.
Richard K. Hoskinson
Esquire
Attorney Hoskinson, (Passed 2020) was a partner of Hoskinson Wenger & Rife, and served as the Chairman of the Franklin County Orphans' Court Rules Committee for 20 years and has maintained an AV preeminate rating from Martindale-Hubbell, for over 20 years.
Richard K. Hoskinson, Esquire, is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Penn State - Dickinson School of Law. Formerly, he worked as a trust officer of a major bank in Pittsburgh. Attorney Hoskinson is a Past-President of the Franklin County Bar Association and was legal counsel for Sentry Trust Company. He has been the solicitor for F&M Trust's Trust Department since the 1970s and the Solicitor for the Franklin County Recorder of Deeds and Register of Wills for over 35 years.
Lawrence R. Rife IV
Esquire
Attorney Rife, a partner of Hoskinson Wenger & Rife, has concentrated in the areas of Business Law & Formation, Real Estate, Landlord Tenant Law, and Estate Planning & Administration to provide his clients with sound and common sense legal advice to aid them in their legal matters by drawing on his background and experience in these areas.
Lawrence R. Rife IV has been practicing since 2012 and joined the firm in 2016. Lawrence is a Chambersburg local who graduated from CASHS, earned his Bachelors in Political Science from Shippensburg University, and his Juris Doctorate from Widener School of Law Harrisburg. He is licensed to practice throughout the Commonwealth and is a proud member of the Franklin County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. Lawrence is the Solicitor for the Franklin County Register of Wills & Recorder of Deeds, one of the Franklin County Custody Conciliators, Co-Solicitor for Bear Valley Water Authority, and member of the Franklin County Orphans Court Local Rules Committee.
